Obituary of Howard A. Roupp

Howard A. Roupp Sr., 65 of Owego passed away suddenly on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Wilson Hospital. Howard was predeceased by his parents, Keith A. Sr. and Jennie Burgess Roupp; son, Todd Roupp; brothers, Doug and Fred Roupp; and sister, Ruthie E. Roupp. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Kelly Harris Roupp; sons, Howard Roupp Jr of Owego and Scott Roupp of Owego; sisters, Virginia Longslager of PA, Marlene M. Roupp of Newark Valley, Sally L. Mansfield of PA, and Susan K. Haflett of Newark Valley; brothers, Keith A. Roupp Jr of PA, and Robert W. Roupp of Owego; grandchildren, Keegan and Dominick; brothers and sister-in-laws; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Howard was a strong man and a hard worker who loved his grandchildren, with which he would sit on the front porch and wave and the traffic on 96. He enjoyed his WWE wrestling, country music and helping his kids with projects around the house. Howard was known as Low Voltage on the CB Radio. Family invites friends to call on Tuesday, Junly 21, 2015 from 11 to 1:00 PM at Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park Street, Owego. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM at Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal with Rev. Jamie Stevens officiating.
