Lodusca Marie “Dusty” Wolcott, 87, of Owego passed away on Monday, October 26, 2015. Mrs. Wolcott was predeceased by her parents, John and Beatrice Burger; three sisters, Florence Carnrike, Claire Burger, Jennie Burgess; one brother, John Burger, III; husband, Frank D. Wolcott. She is survived by four children and their spouses, Sharon and Jack Biehl, Duane and Barbara Wolcott, Lou Ellen and Karl Eichhorn, Donna and Leslie Rude; seven grandchildren; two great-grandsons; one brother, Eldwood Burger; three sisters; Ella Spencer, Geraldine Lynch, Martha Berry; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Dusty was a member of the Goodrich Settlement Grange and several other organizations. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 29th at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego. Burial will follow in the South Owego Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Condolences may be made to Dusty’s family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
