Wynetta Pass-Kirk, 72, of Candor passed into the arms of Jesus surrounded by her family on Sunday, August 14, 2016. Wynetta was predeceased by two grandaughters, Alyssa and Emma Pass; parents, H. Lloyd and Anne Kirk; grandparents, Ernest and Beulah Kirk; mother-in-law, Olive Pass. She is survived byher four children, Michele Risley, Jeff (Wendy) Pass, Mark (Robin) Pass, Marcia Pass; nine granchildren, Nicholas, Chris, Alex, A.J., Chad, Meghan, Kate, McKendree, Madison; siblings, Natalie Rose, Alberta (William) Jackson, Veronica Johnson, Michael Kirk, George Kirk; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Wynetta retired as Principle of Camp MacCormick and was an active member of the McKendree United Methodist Church. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the McKendree United Methodist Church, 224 Owego St., Candor. Burial will be in the Halsey Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the church. Memorial contributions may be made in Wynetta Pass-Kirk’s memory to the McKendree United Methodist Church, 224 Owego St. Candor, NY 13743.
