Obituary of Yvonne Theresa Harris

Yvonne T. Harris, 84, of Candor passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017, at home. Yvonne was born in Ellenburg Center, NY to the late, Albert and Mayme Dominic. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ralph “June” Harris; brother, Michael Dominic; sister and brother-in-law, Jackie and Denzel Washburn; special friend, Ed Relyea. Yvonne is survived by her seven children and their spouses, Robert and Carolyn Gibson, Renee and Mike Wainwright, Randy and Terry Harris, Rhonda and Tony Barnhart, Michael Harris, Pat Harris, Brad Harris; 14 grandchildren, Grace, Kaitlin, Robert, Annie, Kellie, Nathan, Jessica, Sam, Justine, Desirae, Rachel, Mac, Greyson, Sully; four very special great-grandchildren, Liam, Jeremiah, Lydia, Carrie; several nieces and nephews. Over the years, Yvonne and June raised many foster children as well as children they took into their home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Candor with the Rev. Phil Jordan, officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 to 12:45 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
