Frank E. Osterhout, 68, of Spencer passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. Mr. Osterhout was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth Osterhout; brother, Charles Osterhout. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Carol Osterhout; daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Ed Hilbert; three step children,Shawna and Dave Hackett, Tammy Conklin and Kevin Boardman, Melissa Mitchell; eight grandchildren, Stephanie (Gary), EJ, Christopher, Carolann, Christy, Chloe, Thomas, Joshua; numerous great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
