Jay Patrick Lynch, 72, of Candor passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017. Jay was predeceased by his parents, William and Alice Mangan Lynch. He was born in Orange, New Jersey in 1945. Jay earned his livelihood as a cartoonist. Jay will be missed by his friends in Candor. A burial service will be held on Wednesday, March 8, at 12:30 pm at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Candor.
