Obituary of Peter F. Plestis
Peter F. Plestis, 90, of Endicott, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2017. Peter was predeceased by his parents, John and Constance Plestis; son, Keith Shrauger; two grandsons, Stevie Shrauger, Trevor Nodine; two brothers, Vincent and Joseph Plestis. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Betty Plestis; four children and their spouses, Steven and Lois Shrauger, Kevin and Janet Shrauger, Pam and Rodney Ulrich, Kim and Leon Shirley; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Pete was Korean War Veteran and a life member of the American Legion and the VFW Post #1371. He was a 61 year member of the IBEW and accomplished many things throughout his life. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
