Obituary of Brandon "Bo" Paul Jones

Brandon Paul "Bo" Jones, 53, formerly of Owego, NY peacefully passed to be with our Lord, Saturday, June 19, 2021 at his home in Apex, North Carolina. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Ida and Robert P. Jones, Sr., Clare and James B. Needham; cousin, Bill Estelle; aunt, Mary Jones; Godfather, William Miller and good friend, Father Thomas Watts "Papa". He is survived by his son, Robert Paul; parents, Patricia and Gary Jones; sisters, Pam Benthin (Dave), Kristine Fiala (Paul), Colleen Jones (Will); nephew, Sean Patrick Fiala; uncles, Michael Jones (LaNell), Robert P. Jones Jr.; aunt, Mary Ann Estelle; several other aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. Bo was a man of deep faith, with quick wit and an infectious laugh. His fun loving spirit helped him persevere through life. Bo loved deeply and was tremendously loyal to his family and friends. Material possessions were not important to Bo, although he was tremendously generous; always giving the perfect gift. Bo loved sports - participating in early years and watching later in life. He had a passion for music – loving many genres. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Daniel White on Tuesday, June 29th at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick's Church, 300 Main St., Owego NY. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, June 28th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Estey, Munroe and Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St. Owego NY.
