Dolores L. Cliver, 90, of Owego passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021. Dolores was predeceased by her daughter, Kathy Kent; husband, William Cliver; parents, Philip and Anna Edwards; brothers, Asher Bashford, Bud Bashford; uncle, Franklin Johnson. Dolores is survived by her son, Glenn Sims, Wendy Vanderkarr; 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 9:00 a.m to 9:45 a.m. prior to services at 10:00 a.m. Condolences may be made to Dolores’ family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
