Robin S. Walters, 63, of Owego, NY, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021. Robin was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Katherine Rice Lovell; husband, Michael Blaskievich; son, Michael Walters. Robin is survived by her sister, Yvonne Ellison; nephew, Cyrone Lovell; great-nieces, Cyira, Marcelline; extended family and friends. Services will be held privately.
