James Hollenbeck, 88, of Candor passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021. James was predeceased by his parents, James and Beatrice Hollenbeck; his wife of 45 years, Betty Hollenbeck. He is survived by his two sons and daughter-in-law, Mark and Jody Hollenbeck; Eric Hollenbeck; grandson, Andrew Hollenbeck. James has been a member of the Candor Fire Department since 1947 and was the former Postmaster of the Candor Post Office. Graveside services with full military honors will be held in the Spring (date to be announced). Memorial contributions may be made in James Hollenbeck's memory to the Candor Fire Department, 74 Owego Rd, Candor, NY 13743. Condolences may be made to James' family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
