Obituary of Michael Miller Finke

Michael Miller Finke, 26, of Orlando, FL passed away on February 24, 2022. He was born on March 14, 1995, in Winter Park, FL. Michael was predeceased by his grandparents, Ray and Mary Miller, and Jack Finke. He is survived by his parents, Jim and Holly Finke; sisters, Mary Kate and Maggie; birth-mother Melissa Skiadas; birth-sister Jackie Skiadas; Grandmother Mary Finke; aunts/uncles Mary/Chris Wilson, Patty/Bill Davis, Art/Marylee Miller, Ginny/Bill Whitaker, Luis/Lu León and numerous cousins. Michael attended Good Shepherd Catholic School, Bishop Moore High School and graduated from University High School in 2013. He loved all sports and played JV and Varsity soccer at UHS. He was intelligent, outgoing, and could carry on a conversation with anyone, young or old. Michael had a contagious laugh and gave the best hugs. In 2016 Michael moved to Denver, CO and then in 2020 to Binghamton, NY. He worked in the hospitality industry, most recently at the Old Union Hotel in Binghamton. His constant companion for the last six years was his dog, Watson, a St. Bernard mix. Funeral services will be held at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 5900 Oleander Drive, Orlando, FL on Saturday, March 5 at 10:00 am, with burial following at Queen of Angels Cemetery (within San Pedro Retreat Center), 1901 Queen of Angels Drive, Winter Park, FL.
