Thomas E. "Tom" Speicher, 79, of Owego, NY and formerly of Newark Valley passed away on April 11, 2022. He was born on September 11, 1942 to the late Edmund and Elizabeth Speicher. Tom is survived by his loving wife, Janice Speicher; daughter, Candice VanSchaick (Tom Robinson); grandchildren, Gavin Sturdevant and Jessica McCue (James); and great-grandchild, Kean Sturdevant. Family will receive friends on Friday, April 15, 2022 from 10:00 am to 10:45 am at Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park Street, Owego, NY. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Services will be live streamed at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com (click on Tom's obituary). Burial will follow in Nichols Cemetery, 54 W.
