Ruth M. Buck, 81, of Owego, New York, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024. Ruth was predeceased by her husband, Anthony "Tony" Buck; two sisters, Delores Stocker, Carol Potje; brother, Charlie Potje; grandson, Joshua Pursell. She is survived by her five children, Debbie Smith, Tammy Peden, Karen Kovatch, Cynthia Carlin, "TJ" Buck; eight grandchildren, Dustin, Tanor, Rochelle, Jessica, Kendra, Cody, Nick; five great-grandchildren; sister, Elaine Genna; several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
