Carol A. Decker, 77, of Candor, NY, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024, at home surrounded by her family. Carol was born in Candor, NY to the late William and Margaret (Goodwin) Quick. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, William Quick, Jr., Donald Quick; sister, Frieda Billings. Carol is survived by her husband of 55 years, Frederick "Ken" Decker; four daughters and their spouses, Sheri and Jeremy Estelle, Lisa and Douglas Walker, Lori and Lukas Christy, Sue and Lynnette Halstead; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Lloyd and Brenda Quick; three sisters, Margaret Granger, Joyce Stewart, Laura Updyke; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main Street, Candor, NY. Burial will follow in the Smith Valley Cemetery, Willseyville, NY. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 26th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
