Carl Lee Shirley, 66, of Owego, New York, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Carl was predeceased by his parents, Sidney and Eloise (Ormsby) Shirley; brother, Ronald Shirley. Carl is survived by his two daughters and sons-in-law, Cassie and Jason Lott, Jess and Ray Ricci; two sons and daughter-in-law, Ryan Shirley, Lucas and Katie Boring; four grandchildren, Sidney, Chase, Jaden, Landon; brother, Jerry Shirley; sister and brother-in-law, Ann Marie and Judson Howe; sister-in-law, Sheila Shirley; significant other, Sandy Frisbie; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. In honoring Carl's wishes there will be no public services.
