Jeanne Liu You, aka. Liu Chen Yi , died on Thursday, February 20th, 2025 at the age of 105 in Owego, NY. She is survived by her children Nicholas Paul You (Paula) and Olivia BiBi You Chin (Wai Yuen) and grandchildren Katherine Penelope and Elizabeth Autumn Chin. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul You, aka. You Pao Liang. She was born in Tientsin, China, and came to the United States, subsequently living in London, Paris, Geneva, Beijing, and Lausanne, before returning to New York. A woman of strength, dignity, and intelligence, she was noted for her painting, gardening, and cooking. Funeral Services will be held on March 15th, 2025 at Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City, NY for family and close friends.
