Joan F. Miller, 90, of Candor, NY, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025. Joan was predeceased by her parents, William and Mabel Kautter; two brothers, Kenny Kautter, Billy Kautter. She is survived by her four daughters and sons-in-law, Roseann and Brad Glaser, Suzanne and Steve Smith, Tracy and Tom Aagaard, Heidi Bauer; five grandsons, Dan, Brian, Andrew, Nick, Jake; close extended family and many dear friends. In honoring Joan's wishes, there will be no public services. Memorial contributions may be made in Joan F. Miller's memory to the Candor Free Library, P.O. Box 104, Candor, New York 13743.
