Joan F. Miller, 90, of Candor, NY, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025. Joan was predeceased by her parents, William and Mabel Kautter; two brothers, Kenny Kautter, Billy Kautter. She is survived by her four daughters and sons-in-law, Roseann and Brad Glaser, Suzanne and Steve Smith, Tracy and Tom Aagaard, Heidi Bauer; five grandsons, Dan, Brian, Andrew, Nick, Jake; close extended family and many dear friends.
