Theresa (Olivieri) Best, 74, of Owego, New York, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025. Theresa was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Dorothy (Fuller) Olivieri; two brothers, Thomas Olivieri, Paul Olivieri. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Glenn Best; two sisters, Gloria Price, Loretta Olivieri; two brothers and sister-in-law, Joseph Olivieri, Anthony and Amy Olivieri; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. In honoring Theresa's wishes, there will be no public services.
