Obituary of Francis James Panetti

Francis J. "Frank" Panetti, 93, formerly of Owego, New York, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025, at the NYS Veterans Home at Oxford. Frank was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and later worked as an accountant for New York State. He resided in Clifton Park, New York and enjoyed traveling and photography. Frank was predeceased by his parents, James and Mary (Pedro) Panetti; two sisters, Madaline "Madge" Carroll, Constance Panetti; nephew, Thomas Carroll. He is survived by four nieces and their spouses, Judy and Randy Gilkeson, Janine and Victor Brace, Mary and John Dougherty, Patricia and John Baron; several great-nieces and great-nephews and many dear friends. In honoring Frank's wishes, private burial will be in the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National, Schuylerville, New York.
