Rita Mae Kellogg, 71, of Candor, New York, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025, at home surrounded by her family. Rita was born in Woodbury, NJ to the late Calvin and Bertha (Grant) Prairie. She is survived by her husband, Russell Kellogg; four children and daughter-in-law, Kelly Martone, Karen Angel, Robert and Corrine Kellogg, Karissa Kellogg; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Calvin and Ellen Prairie; two sisters and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Thomas Spencer, Nancy Startare; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. Rita and her husband, Russ, owned and operated Side Hill Acres Goat Farm, Candor, New York. In honoring Rita's wishes, private services will be held.
