Thomas E. Collins, 70, of Owego, New York, passed away peacefully, Thursday, April 10, 2025, at UHS – Wilson Regional Medical Center. He was predeceased by his wife, Denise, in 2007. In honoring Tom's wishes, there will be no public services. Those wishing may make a memorial contribution in Tom's memory to Tioga County Rural Ministry, 146 Central Avenue, Owego, NY 13827.
