Dolores F. Watkins, 88, of Owego, New York, passed away Monday, April 28, 2025, at home surrounded by her family. Dolores was predeceased by her parents, Gerald Tuttle and Esther Babcock; two brothers, Gerald Tuttle, Jr., Stephen Klenotiz, Jr.; husband of 40 years, Donald Watkins. Dolores is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Lumsden, son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Roxann Lumsden; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Stephen, Rebecca; brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Elaine Klenotiz; her special and beloved aunt, Gloria Jakat; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. Her greatest past times were feeding and watering her birds, watching all of the wildlife that visited her regularly and enjoying the music of her favorite entertainer who brought her great joy, Donald O'Donnell. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. with funeral services immediately following at 12:00 Noon at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY with Pastors, Rich Barto and Andy Beloker, officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery, Richford, NY.
