Robert "Bob" O'Neill, Jr., of Owego, left this world suddenly on the evening of Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Robert, Sr. and Lita O'Neill. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Louise; his two sons, Keegan and his wife, Dillon Babington, and Devin and his partner, Abby Gjerde; his grandson, Henry "Hank" O'Neill; his brother and sister-in-law, Dan and Taffy O'Neill; and his two sisters and their spouses, Susan and Junaid Bashir; and Toni and Lew Cary; in addition to many nieces, nephews, and close friends. Bob spent over 40 years in the local professional community as a hair stylist with his work family at Shear Paradise in Owego. He also enjoyed his weekly golf outings with all of his league friends and partners at local courses across the area. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 6th from 4:00 to 5:45 p.m. with funeral services immediately following at 6:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY with Pastor Bobby Harris, officiating.
