Beverly Jean Manzer, 92, of Owego, NY, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2025. Beverly was predeceased by her parents, Truman and Mary (Middaugh) Anderson; two brothers, Paul Anderson, Frederick Anderson; three sisters, Ruby Van Atta, Helen Galpin, Ruth Rumsey; her son, David Cloyd Manzer. Beverly is survived by her husband of 68 years, Cloyd Manzer; daughter, Alonda Manzer-Walp; six grandchildren, Tony Manzer-Walp, KeriBeth and Chad Harris, Andrew and Samantha Corbin, Andrea, Erica, Aaron; six great-grandchildren, Addison, Meara, Wren, Norah Jean, Amelia, Leia; several nieces, nephews, including Donna Loomis, and many extended family members. Beverly was a devoted mother who had many talents, and worked as a teacher, coach, real estate agent, funeral director, coroner and missionary. The family will receive friends Friday, May 16, 2025, from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. with funeral services immediately following at the Allen Memorial Baptist Church, 8 Church Street, Candor, NY with the Pastor Scott Burtis and Pastor Andrew Belokur, officiating. The family is being assisted by the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home.
