Robert Walter "Bob" Waters, 84, of Owego, New York, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025. Robert was born in Milwaukee, WI to the late Vernon E and Wanda (Tompson) Waters. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Irene Waters; two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Kurt Pleim, Joan and William Cook; five grandchildren, Alex, Nick, Kelly (Hanna), Sean, Evan; brother, Richard Waters; several nieces and nephews. Bob worked for 30 years at IBM as a Computer Programmer at the Owego plant. Private services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made in Robert W.
