Douglas E. "Doug" Perkins, 81, of Maine, New York, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025. Doug was born in Endicott, New York to the late Aaron Perkins and Catherine (Payne) Roscoe. Along with his parents, Doug was predeceased by his brother, James "Perky" Perkins; his first wife, Norma Jean Perkins; his second wife, Donna Hubbard; his daughter, Chyrel Perkins-Ross. Doug is survived by his children, Cindy (Wendy) Perkins, of Bridgewater, NY, Paula (Zachary) Foulds, of Sidney, NY, Connie Perkins, of Unadilla, NY; daughter-in-law, Stephenie Perkins-Ross, of Smithville Flats, NY; seven grandchildren, Angel (Michael) Porter, Brittany Foulds, Kaitlyn Foulds, Matthew Foulds, Alex Lambert, Rosanna Lambert, Chyrenie Perkins-Ross; four great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; lifelong friends, Alan, Harry and Barb; several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. The family will receive friends, Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 12:00 to 12:45 p.m. with funeral services to immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park Street, Owego, New York. Burial will follow in the Tioga Cemetery, Owego, New York.
