Jacy B. McMillian, 26, of Apalachin, NY, unexpectedly passed away Friday, November 28, 2025. Jacy was predeceased by his brother, Jonathan McMillian, Jr. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Kristie and Tyrone Taylor; father, Jonathan McMillian; brother, Takoda McMillian; sister and brother-in-law, Terris and Henry Zhu; maternal grandmother, Carol Zdimal; paternal grandmother, Nancy Harrison; extended family and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 2:00 to 2:45 p.m. with funeral services immediately following at 3:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park Street, Owego, New York, with the Rev. David C. Seaver, officiating.
