Michael "Mike" Rorick, 60, of Candor, New York, unexpectedly passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026. Mike was predeceased by his father, Doyle Rorick, Sr.; brother, Steven Rorick; special friends, Fred and Maryann Johnston. He is survived by his son, Dillon (Brandy) Rorick; daughter, Reba (Matthew) Rorick; the joy of his life, his two granddaughters, Madilynn, Maci; his mother, Kathryn Rorick; six siblings, Terry (Roy) Rorick, Ed (Tina) Rorick, Tammy Rorick, Tina (Paul) Rorick, Rob (Tammy) VanVleck, Don (Linda) VanVleck; a father figure to, Jake (Lacey) Rorick; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. Mike will be remembered for his love of rebuilding old cars, hunting, fishing and spending quality time with his family. The family will receive friends, Saturday, February 7th starting at 2:00pm at the Van Etten-Spencer VFW Post # 8139 located at the corner of State Route 224 and Wyncoop Creek Road, Van Etten, NY.
