Creighton Diles, 84, a quiet soul and a generous spirit, went peacefully into the Arms of the Lord, Tuesday, February 10, 2026. He will be remembered for his wisdom, kind heart and as the most loving husband and best friend. The best dad anyone could ask for. A proud Vietnam Veteran serving with the U.S. Navy. Creighton was predeceased by his parents, James and Margaret Diles. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Diles; two brothers, James (April) Diles, Jerry (Jackie) Diles; three children, Sandi Winters, Wendi (Dale) Hamm, Morgan (Heather) Halle; five grandchildren, Lucas (Jessica) Winters, Kaylie (Alex) Hewitt, Alie Hamm (Gabe), Josiah Halle, Bethany Halle; great-grandson, Mason Christopher; several nieces, nephews and special friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Creighton Diles memory to the Candor Emergency Squad, P.O. Box 141, Candor, New York 13743. In honoring Creighton's wishes there will be no public services.
