Joan Hickey, 92, of Owego, New York, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026. Funeral Arrangements are pending and will be announced when completed.Joan Hickey, 92, of Owego, New York, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the Riverview Manor Nursing Facility, Owego, New York.  Joan was predeceased by her parents, Rev. John S. Williamson and Florence E. (Walker) Williamson.  Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Andrew Hickey; two brothers, Paul Williamson, Lee Williamson.  Joan is survived by her brother, Mark Williamson; daughter-in-law, Johanna Hickey; two grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.  Joan was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Owego, New York.   She retired from Child Protection Services with Tioga County Department of Social Services.  Joan was dedicated to taking care of the needs of children.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Greensprings Natural Cemetery Preserve, 293 Irish Hill Road, Newfield, NY with the Rev. Trula Hollywood, officiating.
