Julie A. Maitland, 63, of Candor, New York, passed away Friday, February 27, 2026 at home surrounded by her family. Julie was born in Auburn, NY to the late Arthur and Katherine (Hughes) Janes. She is survived by her soul mate and husband of 44 years, Ralph Maitland; her two daughters, Jessie (Sye) Rodgers; her daughter, Kristin Measheaw and Raymond Burdick, Jr.; four grandchildren, Kory, Dakota, Vanessa, Alex; several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family members. Julie will be remembered for her kind heart and love of her family. A celebration of Julie's life will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 PARK STREET, OWEGO, NY with the Rev. David C. Seaver, officiating.
