Elizabeth "Betty" J. (Storm) Diehl, 90, of Candor, New York, passed away Monday, April 6, 2026. Betty is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Terrie Storm. She was predeceased by her two husbands, Earl Storm, Alton Diehl; two brothers, John Slocum, Norman Slocum; three sisters, Luella Newell, Maude Ormsby, Winnie Katchuk. In honoring Betty's wishes, there will be no public services. She will be buried in the Tioga Cemetery, Owego, NY.
