Robert William Klossner (80) of Owego, NY, passed away on May 13, 2026. Bob was born on March 27, 1946, to the late Maude (Liddington) and Karl Klossner in Endicott, NY. He grew up on a dairy farm in Owego, NY, with his three siblings: Janet Bryant (Edward Bryant), Dwayne Klossner (Bonne Klossner), and Gary Klossner (Diane Klossner). In 1966, he married the love of his life, Kathleen (Kathi). His wife and their four children survive him: Carolyn Colon (Gilbert Colon), Annett Klossner (Ray Vough), Glenn Klossner (Lissa Klossner), and Dawnna Washburn (Chad Washburn). He was very proud of his seven grandchildren (Matthew, Michael, Sarah, Jessyman, Isaiah, Mason, and Louis) and seven great-grandchildren (Noah, Flynn, Archer, Niko, Killian, Marceline, & Navy). Bob was an active member of Tioga Center Baptist Church. He owned and operated Highland Dairy in Owego, NY, for 20 years. He served his community faithfully as Building Code Inspector and Town Councilman before retirement. The family will receive friends, Thursday, May 21st from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park Street, Owego, NY. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Harry Schloder of the Tioga Center Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Gibson Corners Cemetery in Owego, NY. The family kindly requests that, instead of flowers, donations (cash or check) be mailed to Tioga Center Baptist Church, P.O.
