Mark J. Spicer, 64, of Candor, New York, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2026. Mark was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Carol (Avery) Spicer; three brothers, Bruce Spicer, Wayne Spicer, Rusty Spicer; two sisters, Jennifer Carl, Cheryl Sutton. Mark is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Spicer; son, James Spicer; three grandchildren, Frieza Beach, Mirabelle Morales, Jeremiah Morales; sister, Tina Bishop; his special friend, Deborah MacIntosh; several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 2:00 to 2:45 p.m. with funeral services immediately following at 3:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main Street, Candor, NY with the Rev. Phil Jordan, officiating.
