Merle D. Craven, 60, of Apalachin, NY, passed away Monday, June 9, 2026, at home surrounded by his family. Merle was predeceased by his parents, William and Maryland Craven. He is survived by his fiancée, Debra Winans; his son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Joann Pandich; five grandchildren; two brothers, Dennis Craven, George Craven; two nephews, Caleb Stewart, Joel Farwell; several other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was a top speedway mechanic and will be missed by the speedway community. In honoring Merle's wishes, a tribute will be given at a time to be announced.
