Obituary of Ruth Ann Brown

Ruth Ann Brown, 61, of  Tioga Center, passed away on September 16th, 2017. Ruth is predeceased by her sister Doris and nephew Gary Booser. Ruth is survived by her husband of 36 years, Roger; children Loretta (Kelly) Phillips, Kenny (Mandy Hall) Brown, Crystal (Jeffrey) Ellis; 12 grandchildren, Hunter, Dayle, Logan, Lakoda, Mya, Landen, Skye, Paige, Sophia, Mickayla, Caden, Richard; sisters Bonnie (Donald) Keener, Willma Crandall, Sharon (Joe) Howe-Cardinale of Virginia, Toni (Phil) Scarinzi; brother in laws, Howard (Joyce) Brown, II, Charles (Julia) Brown, Leland (Maxine) Brown, Ed (Margie Tracey) Brown; sister in laws, Nancy (Grant) Frisbie, Christine Coe; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A celebration of Ruth’s life will be held on September 21, 2017 at 10a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park Street, Owego, NY with Rev. Mike Eaton officiating.
