Ruth Knapp Wood, 94, of  Utica, New York, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018.  Ruth and her husband, Glenn, moved from the Owego area in 1964 and after several moves, retired to Florida in 1994.   In 2005, Ruth moved to Utica and spent her remaining years there.  Ruth was born in Oneida, NY to the late Howard and Addie Knapp.  She is survived by her daughter, Joan Wood and two sons, Thomas Wood and Stephen Wood .  Condolences may be made to the family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.  Private services will be held at the family’s convenience.
