Obituary of Raymond J. Thompson

Raymond Thompson, of Owego passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018 at home.  Mr. Thompson was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Beatrice M. Thompson; his mother, Caroline Thompson, Endicott, NY.  Ray is survived by his two sons, Thomas E. Thompson (Maureen Holgate), David J. Thompson (wife, Kate); two grandsons, Michael (Robin and Kendall), Tom, Jr., all of Owego; a favorite niece, Karen Bromley and her husband, Robert, of Vestal.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August, 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY.  Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Owego.  Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made in Raymond Thompson’s memory to Wounded Warrior Project, National Processing Center, P.O.
