Frank P. Nolan, 73, of Johnson City passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019.  Frank was predeceased by his parents, Francis and Esther Nolan; sister, Jeanie Scombordi.  He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Gerri; four children, Paula and Michael Jewell, Barbara Ketchum and Jason Gann, Frankie Paul Nolan, Jeremy Nolan; special nephew, Patrick Cordi and family; six grandchildren, Liam, Alexis, Noah, Sera, Ryan, Matthew; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Ronald Ofalt; several nieces and nephews.  Frank was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a member of Local 669 Road Sprinkler Fitter.  His job enabled him to travel all around the world.  Frank will be remembered as a loving man who put his family first.  He loved motorcycles and was an avid sportsman and outdoorsman.   A Life Celebration Service will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 12:00 noon at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, Life Celebrations Home®, 15 Park St., Owego.  The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made in Frank P.
