Obituary of Francis Joseph Malec
Francis “Frank” Malec, 66, of Owego passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019. Frank was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Irene Malec. He is survived by his three daughters and sons-in-law, Ashley ad Christian Otero, Danielle and Rui Vasconcelos, Paige Malec; three sisters, Jidi Malec-Digioia, Mary Ann Malec, Nancy Malec. Services will be held privately.
