Robert John Bartlow, 56, of Candor, New York, died unexpectedly, Thursday, September 24, 2020. Robert was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Shirley Bartlow. He is survived by his daughter, Sarah Bartlow; two grandchildren; siblings, Susie, Johnny, Mike, Ricky, Paula, Cindy, Debbie, Joanie; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
