Kimberly L. Shirley, 59, of Owego, NY passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023. Kim was predeceased by her parents, Gerald Shrauger, Betty and Peter Plestis; brother, Keith Shrauger; two nephews, Stevie Shrauger, Trevor Nodine. Kim is survived by her husband of 28 years, Leon Shirley; three daughters, Jessica Shirley and Tylor Ruiz, Emily Shirley and Nick Purtell, Abby Shirley and her fiancé, Hunter Martin; stepmother, Carolyn Shrauger; two brothers and three sisters-in-law, Steven and Lois Shrauger, Kevin and Janet Shrauger, Cindy Shrauger; sister and brother-in-law, Pam and Rodney Ulrich; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 12:00 Noon at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY with Rev. Phil Jordan, officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home. Condolences may be made to Kim's family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
