Kelly D. Roupp, 63, of Owego, NY, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024. Kelly was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Alberta (Kelly) Harris; husband of 37 years, Howard Roupp, Sr.; son, Todd Roupp; brother, Dennis Harris. Kelly is survived by her two sons and daughter-in-law, Howard Roupp, Jr., Scott and Erica Roupp; two grandsons, Keegan, Dominick; sister and brother-in-law, Kathie and Phil Bidwell; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Tim and Cindy Harris, Robert Harris, Ray and Lisa Harris, Lisa A. Harris; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and dear friends. Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Vestal Hill Memorial Park.
