Michael J. Walters, 40, of Owego passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016. Michael is survived by his parents, Robin Walters; father and step-mother, Derwin and Sue Walters; daughter, Harper Shea Walters; sister, Lisa Walters, brother, Matthew Walters; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 1:30 a.m. at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Candor, New York.
