Dear Nan, Rachel, Rebecca, extended family members, We were fortunate to become friends with the Maceys when we purchased our home in Country Club Villas in Sebring, Fl. We had the highest respect for Bob in all his dealings with our Association. Even more so, we deeply enjoyed his personal friendship and his unmatched wit. We remember on many occasions he kept us in stitches with his hilarious "what I learned in church today" jokes. Another sterling quality was his love of animals. When Bob's term as President of our Homeowner's Association ended, we asked Nan what token of our appreciation would he most enjoy. When we presented Bob with a monetary donation in his name to the local animal shelter here in Sebring he had tears in his eyes. Bob was a true and loyal friend and he never left us any doubt that we could always count on him and his support. Nan, your friendship has meant the world to us and our hearts and sympathy go out to you and your family. We love you.

I had the pleasure of having "Mr. Macey" as a teacher of several subjects in high school. He was newly out of King's College & dapper as can be. His "snappers" (pop quizzes) were notorious & he was an excellent teacher. I so remember his marriage to Nanette & the birth of his beautiful, curly-haired daughters. I am truly saddened to read of his passing. My sincere sympathy to all of his dear loved ones. Bless his beautiful soul & may he rest in peace knowing what a positive influence he had on so many.

We can't believe Uncle Bob is gone. But at least we know he's finally reunited with grandpa, nanny, Bernie, and Betty.Our heartfelt condolences go to Aunt Nanette as we truly know how devoted he was to taking care of you these past years. To the girls we also know how proud he was of all your accomplishments because all he could do was talk about the two of you and your pets and horse. Know that we will think of him when we are at the Jersey shore eating crabs which he never seemed to be able to get enough of when he and Aunt Nanette visited us there. Dear Nan and family - I am so very sorry to hear about Bob. I have so many fond memories of working with him at the school. He was a wonderful caring person whom I learned so much from. I feel that working for him was one of the greatest things I ever did at the school. He was a great friend who truly loved his family and took pride in everything that he did.
