Obituary of James R. Warfle

James R. Warfle, 83, formerly of Owego passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2017.  James was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Ora Warfle; three brothers, Richard, Freddy and Jack Warfle.  He is survived by his two children and spouses, Marlene and Sam Dattilo, Mark and Karen Warfle; step-daughter, Karen Howe and her two sons, Link and Parker Howe-Robinson; four grandchildren, Amanda and Rebecca Farsace, Emily and Nicklas Warfle; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary Warfle, Mike and Carmella Warfle, Maureen Warfle; several nieces and nephews.  A celebration of James’s life will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego.  The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made the VFW Post #1371, 207 Main St., Owego, NY  13827.  Condolences may be made to James’s family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
