Gregory "Greg" J. Thomas, 58, of Candor, NY, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, July 16, 2024. Greg was predeceased by his parents, Clifford and Myra (Harris) Thomas. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Arika and Scott McCollough; son, Mick Thomas, two grandchildren, Kash McCollough and Kolby Chaffee; five siblings and their spouses, Jill and Paul Tubbs, Clifford "Gene" Thomas, Lisa Thomas, Chad Thomas, Christopher and Jennifer Thomas; friend and mother-of-his-children, Tammy Thomas; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Greg was a skilled craftsman, carpenter, outdoorsman, golfer and coach, but most importantly he will be remembered for his love of his family and specifically his grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 4:00 to 5:45 p.m. with a celebration of his life being held at 6:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Candor, NY.
