Shawn Fahey, Owner and Licensed Funeral Director

           Shawn was raised in Whitney Point, NY, and after graduating high school, he attended SUNY Canton College of Mortuary Science. In 2000, after years of serving families, he purchased Estey and Munroe Funeral Home in Owego, NY. In 2005 he purchased the funeral home in Candor; and then changed the names to Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home. He operates the family business by carrying on traditions of respect and service that began in 1934 with the original owners. Proud to be part of the community, Shawn has raised his son and daughter here in Owego. He enjoys his involvement with the Boy Scouts, landscaping, and going on family vacations.
