Noreen O. Stevens, 71, of Owego, passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. Noreen was born in Antwerp, NY to the late Albert and Mary (Swann) Stevens. She is survived by her four children, Albert Wallace and fiancé, Kathy Bellinger, Brian Wallace and his girlfriend, Linsey Sackett, Erwin Wallace, Carlton and his wife, Roseann Wallace; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two sisters and brother-in-law, Alberta Sweatt, Cheryl and Richard White; brother, Michael Stevens; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Private services will be held at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home. Condolences may be made to Noreen's family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
